SUMMARY
The Site Superintendent will TRAVEL TO WORK SITES all around California and adjacent US states to oversee onsite construction activities for ground-up and civil infrastructure projects. This individual will be responsible for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring quality standards. The role works closely with the Project Manager to achieve efficient, safe, and cost-effective project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret construction documents and ensure compliance with specifications.
Supervise onsite labor, subcontractors, and vendors to uphold quality and schedule adherence.
Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Support development and adjustment of project schedules with the Project Manager.
Monitor field operations for performance, safety, and budget alignment.
Conduct and document daily site reports and weekly safety meetings.
Update and maintain As-Built drawings on a weekly basis.
Promote a collaborative, solution-oriented work environment with stakeholders.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar in the Civil/Commerical Construction space
Strong civil construction background, including site development and infrastructure.
Working knowledge of blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.
Proven ability to supervise multiple trades and enforce safety standards.
Experience managing construction timelines and subcontractor coordination.
Experience with vertical commercial construction projects.
OSHA Safety Certification.
Strong communicator and problem solver with an adaptive mindset

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, with discretionary annual bonuses
Profit Sharing: 4% company-funded contribution through a qualified retirement plan
