We are excited to offer an Installation Supervisor position at our Rogers, AR location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with leadership skills in the Hearth industry or other related trade.

Position Overview

As an Installation Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of fireplace and hearth product installations. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, employee training, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the Hearth industry, with a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and driving operational success. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee and ensure that fireplace installations are performed safely and in compliance with manufacturer specifications, national/local codes, and company standards
• Review site inspection notes to plan installations and assess material needs
• Guide installers during the installation process, providing oversight and ensuring installations are executed safely, with attention to detail, and a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
• Supervise, train and mentor installation crews

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fireplace installation or a related industry
• Proven leadership and project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in understanding technical aspects of the Hearth industry, related manuals, specifications and venting requirements
• Ability to plan and execute jobs from start to finish, anticipate challenges and make adjustments as needed.
• Hearth industry certifications (NFI, CSIA) are a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Who we are

We install fireplaces, Hearth products, venting systems, wood and gas stoves, and gas log sets. Our projects are primarily in new construction, working with top builders in the Northwest Arkansas area, though some installations will take place in existing homes. While we do not handle masonry, brick, or stone installations, we offer these products for sale. All tools, equipment, and training necessary for the job is provided by the company.
