Fecteau Homes is looking for an experienced individual to perform multiple functions as project manager for residential and light commercial construction projects in our growing organization.

Duties include, but are not limited to

• Project estimating & drafting
• Compiling information about upcoming projects
• Preparing job packets for crews
• Tracking home deliveries
• Ordering materials for projects
• Obtaining bids and other general duties related to project completion

Computer drafting, home architect, CAD or other design experience also a plus. The candidate should have concise and effective communication skills to assist in coordinating subcontractors, permits, and customers on various projects running simultaneously. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
