Altimate Outdoor in Glandorf, OH is excited to announce an opening for an Installer for StruXure Projects to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong work-ethic and desire to learn. In return we are willing to provide on the job training for the right person! Must enjoy year-round outdoor physical work.

Job Expectations:

1. Participate in all aspects of StruXure projects, from foundation to finish work
2. Prepare construction sites by digging, moving dirt, and compacting space
3. Load and unload materials, identify and distribute them to appropriate locations
4. Operate tools and equipment keeping them in good working condition
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment
6. Provide assistance to contractors (ex. craft workers, electricians, painters) as needed
7. Regular and timely attendance is key!

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour plus opportunity to earn quarterly bonus
