Construction Assistant Project Manager (Procore Experienced)

Position overview: HBS Drywall is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and other project management tasks.

• Comprehensive knowledge in Procore areas (included but not limited to):
  Submittals, RFI, Uploading Plans, Change Orders, Documents, Drawings, Photos, Scheduling, Etc.
• Work with Project Manager to understand the scope of project and report progress throughout durations.
• Track and upload construction drawing and documents.
• Route, track, and resolve information requests.
• Assist in preparing submittals.
• Printout plans and take-off drawings in preparation for bid review.
• Proficient in blue-print reading and general framing construction.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.
   

Requirements

• 1-2 years Procore Proficiency

• Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on drywall or related fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask on strict deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High moral standards and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Thoroughness and reliability
• Proficient in Microsoft office products. Word, Excel, Outlook.

Salary Range between $57,000 and $62,400.00 Annually.
